There is gender discrimination, height discrimination.
Gender is used as an advantage/disadvantage.
There are laws that try to prevent these discriminations - equal opportunity.
Does this mean that being smart/dumb should also not be a discrimination?

We Indians are guilty of this discrimination. I dont believe that we should. I think we have to accept the person as he is, and judge him by his actions, and not by his degrees or no. of letters after his name. But, alas, that would only be possible in a utopian world.
